Order subtasks in Next-Gen project

Currently, it's not possible to reorder sub-tasks on when using the new issue view. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

• As a user, I want to be able to reorder subtasks in a next-gen project
• Apply Sub-Task reordering as the old issue view

@Michael Magnussen we've just introduced ranking in the issue view! There are a couple of places for us to add real time updates being reflected across the views but the majority is in place now. Let me know if you have any further questions :)
