One colleague can’t see quick filters

I created a bunch of quick filters for one of our boards.
These are visible for everyone but one colleague.

How can I “activate” these quick filters for him?

Hi @Svenja Diester ,

if your confident that the user is indeed looking at the same board (I can't confirm based on images) then have the user try a different browser or clear their cache.
