On the LinkedIn learning Jira Intro class there is a blue menu bar on the right? I do not see iit

On the LinkedIn learning Infro to Jira they show a Blue navigation bar on the left side but I do not see it on the instance that I am viewing view the free trial.  Does any one know if there is a setting that I need to set to see the left Blue menu bar?

As usual with video instructions, it's out of date.

Atlassian abandoned the poor design on the left sidebar a while ago, and moved back to a menu across the top which actually works.
