We recently dropped the Service Desk functionality for our "Finance - Account Setup" project and are using the Issue Forms to create tickets.
It appears that fields from the OLD version of these tickets are being displayed when you click on the ticket, then we have to scroll down to the "Forms" section and click SHOW to see the REAL fields from the tickets. The old fields shouldn't be displayed and I'm not sure how to get them to not display...

Tickets created for classic projects shouldn't be displayed on next-gen because next-gen are independent, it should only appear fields that is created in the own project.
Please, go to the Project settings > Request types > Select the desired request type and check if the fields are shown. To remove the fields, just drag and drop to the right sidebar.
