I have a few problems. I've opened a support ticket with Jira but have had no reply for a week.... super frustrating!
A couple of issues...
1. Can't change my email address for some reason
2. New team member doesn't receive the "validate email" to be able to complete the sign up for Jira
3. Another team member no longer receives any email notifications from Jira.
I have checked everything with our IT department and there is no set up issue on our end. I receive notification emails but my teammates do not.
Please help!!!!
