Not receiving email notifictions for any updates on jira, pls help in resolving the issue
@Madhu Sudhan If you are aware of specific individuals that aren't getting emails. Atlassian has requested you open a support ticket with them and they can check on the status of those specific email accounts. They told me that if they are having issues with a particular email address, they will stop sending emails to it.
I would open that ticket and see if support can help.
Can you ask your IT team to check Google settings whether they are restricted for some Emails.
