Not able to see create sprint button (Jira)

Hi, 

I have a problem with setting the button Sprint on Jira. As others projects I've used before, it appears on Setting page. But this project AMS, I could not see it. 

[CiAMS] Issues _ Not enable button Sprint.pngPlease assist.

Thanks for responding back.

I am an administrator for this project, even I also set other roles for myself but it's not able to appear Sprint button.
