No user is able to login including admin.

Hi All,

I have my jira server on RHEL7 machine. I am using jira directory for user management. Few days back we have setup DNS. We are able to see the jira login page but no user is able to login getting the error username and password is incorrect. Then it’s asked capcha but even after that it’s didnot resolve.

 Can someone suggest how to fix it.

You'll need to look at the logs to find out what is going on.  Ideally, just tail the application and security logs while someone tries to log in.
