Hola @Arturo Chavira Pacheco ,

Hello,

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

The Backlog screen will have the issues divided into at least two lists. The lower list will be labeled "Backlog". The lists above that will be divided into Sprints (on a Scrum board) or will be labeled "Board" (for a Kanban board).

Issues that are in a done (color coded green) status will automatically be excluded from the Backlog screen issue list section that is titled "Backlog".

If that does not explain your situation please provide the following information:

What are the issue types of the missing issues?

What are the statuses of the missing issues?

Are you working with a Kanban board or a Scrum board?

Not all issues are shown within the backlog

I have a project managed by the team, within the backlog not all the issues are shown, I have already reviewed the board to verify that there are no unassigned issue statuses (which would cause them not to be shown) but all the statuses are assigned within the board columns
