---

Hello,

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

After changing the Priority in the issue did you refresh the screen with the Filter results?

The priority is not changed in the filter list

I have the tickets with different priority levels, but when viewing the listed tickets when entering Filters - See all incidents, I see that an incident in the list appears with low priority but in the list it appears with high priority.

Regardless of whether I change the priority, it is not modified in the list.

I upload an example

In the first image we see that Pr, for the case shown, is in Medium. But if we enter the ticket we see that the priority is High.

Thank you for your time

You may have more than one field named Priority in your environment.

The built-in Priority field that includes the icon display and the text display will show just the icon in search results, but both the icon and the text when you are viewing the field in an issue.

<images>

The screen image you provided does not show the icon in the field. That suggests to me that perhaps the Priority field you are viewing in the issue is not the built-in Priority field.

Another possibility is that you are using the same icon for multiple Priority values. After having changed the Priority value in the issue and refreshing the filter results, hover your mouse over the Priority icon in the filter results. The related text value should display. Check if that text value matches the value you selected in the field.

Yes, I updated several times but it still shows the same priority.

You are right. The priority field that I was viewing was not the same as the one reported in the list.

I was able to solve the problem. Thank you very much for your attention
