No "Plans" tab for Advanced Roadmaps

I am trying to create a project plan but I do not see a "Plans" tab in the top navigation. What am I missing?

Hi Stephan, it appears you are on Standard Cloud. advanced roadmaps is part of premium package AFAIK.
