Hello AK,
To show story points on the board you need to enable the Estimation feature and GROUP BY Subtask (inside the board) as you can see in the screenshot below. One thing to keep in mind is that the story points on subtasks dont reflect on the parent task and they will not be considered in the reports of the board, as described in this feature request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-13138
