I have created custom fields and added them to a new issue type in a next-gen project. The fields display as expected however, the 'Description' entered for each field does not display. I have used the Description field as help text/prompts for what needs to be entered for the field. Can you please advise what I need to do to have this field display for custom fields. See screenshots below.

When using the new issue view, currently, the description added to fields are not visible when editing an issue.
There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:

If you are using a team-managed project (next-gen), it’s only possible to add the Paragraph custom fields to the Description.
On company-managed projects (classic), it’s possible to add other custom fields on the Description area. If you are using this type of project, go to Project settings > Issue layout > Edit layout. Then, just drag and drop the fields to the Description area.
