Newly created Jira users aren't receiving invitation/welcome emails

could Jira team can check my account on this 

This is across all of my projects on Jira

Hi @Abid Mehmood 

I took a closer look at the email sent to users on your domain recently, I found that some of these messages appear to have had the destination SMTP server throw a delay response:

451 Internal resource temporarily unavailable - https://community.mimecast.com/docs/DOC-1369#451 [oUnZ-6v6N_q_XvUYJn72_g.au24]

For this kind of delay message, our system will retry.  I found that so far other incidents like this appear to eventually deliver the message.  In the two cases I found of this, both messages were delivered within 5 minutes of the original delay message.

If you still have users that are not receiving such emails from our system, could you please let me know which users these are so that I can investigate further?

@Abid Mehmood Thanks for that info.  I was unable to find any mail events in our system for either account. Our mail logs here I believe only go back about 30 days here, so if the invites were sent before then, it might explain why we don't see any record of it.

Try to re-invite these users.  Steps to do so are in Invite a user: Invitation status 

That should trigger a new invite to be sent to those users.  If they don't receive it, just let me know and we can re-check to see if there were any bounces from the SMTP server.
