I'm new to Jira or Arlassain Products in general, and wanted to try an setup a new enviroment.
At the moment im with the Free version of Jira Software and Jira Work Management just to get to know the product.
Now I've tried to add new users to the Project / Site.
After they recieve the invitation Mail and log in to Atlassian a loop of redirects starts and it ends with the "You're Almost There" Page. It states that the synchronisation of the database took longer than expected.
I've tried different Browsers, clearing cache, and also different users / mails.
I don't know what to do.
redirect sites:
https://id.atlassian.com/join/user-access?resource= [...]
https://id.atlassian.com/login/authorize?application=jira&continue= [...]
https://id.atlassian.com/login/authorize?continue= [...]
For me 2 Days after that everything worked just fine.
Therefore I cannot Provide further Information
I do have the exact same problem with the project users that I've invited.
I've invited people yesterday and all of them could join the project and are using Jira normally.
I've added 2 new users today and they both have the exact problem explain by the topic author and the picture attached.
I'd appreciate a solution as well.
