I have two projects on my one-man "organization" for personal use.

Recently I added one collaborator to one project as an admin through the project settings, she did not have an Atlassian account before.

Upon creating an account and access Jira Software, she instantly have access to all of my projects.

I checked Global Settings regarding access, and there is only one user in the admin user groups, me.

I don't think this should happen, or what kind of misunderstanding do I have here?

Hi there,

On the free plan, you can't change this, all users will end up being admins.

If you want to change that you have to upgrade to the standard plan.

I strongly recommend checking the documentation below:

Please let me know if you have any questions. Hope it helps.

Regards,

Carlos

Hi @vthhieu

Yes, this is how it works for Free accounts. All users added to the instance are Administrators for ALL projects - you cannot control the permissions. You will need to upgrade to a paid account if you need different permission levels.
