New inputted comments to be placed at top of the list

To have the new comments shown up the top of the list. Thus, we do not need to stroll down to the bottom for new updates.

Hi, @Ghim boon !

Here you can find step-by-step instuction how to do this - Change the default order for comments 

1. Choose > System
2. Click General configuration from the sidebar.
3. Click the Advanced Settings button.
4. Edit the value of the jira.issue.actions.order property by clicking the existing value and changing it from asc to desc.
5. Click Update.

Upon clicking on the advanced setting, I only see the statement “ The following are advanced options....”  Seems can’t edit the value as mentions by u. Thanks
