Need to downgrade Jira plan from Enterprise to Standard

Navyasri Yedlapalli May 1, 2024

Dear Team,

We are planning to downgrade Jira from Enterprise to standard. We have more than 4000 projects that are in archive list in current Enterprise plan.

We can see that there is no option to archive the Jira projects in Standard plan. Now we are thinking what will happens to that 4000 projects are already Archived, if we downgrade to Standard plan.

What if in future we want to restore the projects.?

Thanks,

Navyasri

Hi @Navyasri Yedlapalli ,

When you downgrade from Enterprise to Standard, you will still be able to access the archived projects and restore them if necessary, but you will not be able to archive new projects.

Here is the link that contains this information: Archive a Project

Hope this helps!
