Need help to create business case to start using jira in my company

I need help to build a business case to present to my management why it is important and beneficial to start using a modern tool like jira.

Hello,

1 - What do you find irritating today ? (No collaboration between departments/teams, no visibility, no centralized or unified tool, no documentation)

2 - How Jira belongs to a 'galaxy' of apps with Confluence, Jira service management... So you can scale the use of Jira in the company.

3 - Mainstream tool, so it's easy to find a solution expert. And you have an amazing community here ;)
