My username and password does not work for logging

Hello. I install the software in my server and import my database from the cloud. As soon as de importation process is completed, the software ask me for logging again and my user and password does not work anymore. Because I have not configured yet the email server, I can not send an email for recovering it. 

I have repeated the installation process twice and it is not a mistake in user and/or password. So, I assume the problem is created when the data is imported. 
How can I solve this issue out?

Have you imported the data from Jira cloud to Jira server? if so then after migration the data you need to reset the user's password.
