Hi team,
My email is set "inactive", can I reactive that email to join Jira?
@khueltm welcome to the Atlassian community
You will need to work with your admin to get it renabled. https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/enabling-a-deactivated-account-to-provide-site-access-1005792657.html
I can't find that email in admin

What do you mean by email is set inactive or your access in Jira in Jira site is deactivate. If your access in Jira is deactivate, you can reach out to your site administrator to reactive your account.
