Our team has encountered a significant setback as we are currently unable to access one of our projects in jira due to an account suspension. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter through the provided instructions, we have been unsuccessful in reactivating the account.our team utilizes the software on a daily basis to progress with our project tasks.Here Attached a screenshot illustrating the account suspension notice. and currently we are using a free plan.Kindly provide a solution for this.
