My Jira Cloud site is unavailable

My company had a jira cloud site.

Another person in the same company created a new jira cloud site, and now the first one is unavailable.

 

Atlassian shoudn't allow to create new jira cloud under the samen organization domain.

Already tryied that, but the only message that I get on support page is to get help with community.
