Moving a team managed project between 2 instances

Hello Atlassian team,

I am on a cloud-based Jira and I want to export ONE of the many Team-managed projects to another Cloud instance of JIRA.

Other than exporting and importing via CSV, can you please let me know if there is any alternate method?

Also, can we export a team-managed project from a cloud instance only to another cloud instance or can we export even to the server instance?
