Mobile Optimization for Ticket Portal Frontend

We are facing the problem that most of the reporters of our tickets are using their cell phone to create tickets, the front portal offered by JIRA in not mobile optimized though. The input of the tickets is an awful work at the moment. In which way can we mobile optimize our front end portal (https://jira.infarm.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/2) ?
