Missing fields when customize issue fields for JIRA OpsGenie integration

Hey team

 

Recently, working on setting up opsgenie <-> jira integration.

I want to create tickets in Jira when we receive alerts in opsgenie.

 

However, I could not find the description field in the integration.

I tried a lot of options, but I figured out that all paragraph-related fields(summary, customized paragraph session) could not be shown on the integration page.

 

Is it a bug or something else that I can change?

Could you please let me understand what's the next step?

Hi Fengwei,

I understand that you are wanting to be able to set the description field of the Jira issue created from the opsgenie integration.  There is a limitation here.  We are tracking this over in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-385 for Jira/JSM <> Opsgenie integration and a related JSM <> Opsgenie over in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-11214

I recommend watching these for updates.
