Hi,
In our Jira cloud environment we have added some Add-ons one of which the Calendar for Jira.
Some users can see this add on, other (external non managed) users can not see it.
How is this possible and how do I solve it?
Hi Jasper,
in most cases Apps are for everyone - some Apps specify groups which limit the functionality specifically to those groups.
Any change the App you mentioned has some kind of user/permission management so it limits its functionality to some group where your external users are not in?
In case you cannot find a solution feel free to post the exact name of the App along with a link to Atlassian Marketplace so Community can have a look.
Cheers,
Daniel
Hi Daniel,
Thank you for you answer.
The app is: doitbetter.calendar (link).
We have some users that do not see this app in the applist while they still see other apps.
There are no settings possible for the app, only for separate calendars.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
From documentation this could be a hint why some users are not able to see it:

Could you please check if this setting applies to the problems you see with the App not being available to some users?

Again, thank you for your reply!
This is not the problem that we are facing. They can not even see the app in the list while other people can:

I see, this only leads to the assumption it is something special with this App.
My recommendation in this step would be to reach out to the vendor - it's the one who knows this specific App best.
