Migrate individual projects and only migrate associated project users to another cloud instance

I have 2 projects in JIRA A that I need to migrate to JIRA B.  I only want to migrate the users that are associated to the 2 projects in JIRA A.  Both JIRA instances are on the cloud.

When I use the "migrate to cloud" feature it appears it is trying to migrate all of the users in JIRA A  to JIRA B, which is not what I want.

How can migrate the individual projects and only the users that are relevant to those projects?

Hi Brian, welcome to the community

Out-of-the-box this is not possible. There are migration assistant add on applications that may allow you to achieve your goals. I would refer you to the Atlassian marketplace where you can research that possibility.
