Merging JIRA Server data with JIRA Datacenter

Hi Team,

We are planning to merge data from JIRA server to JIRA datacenter. There is few apps which are integrated with JIRA server.

We want to migrate all links which are linked with JIRA issue , apps data (Confluence, Zephyr Scale, Bitbucket, etc) on the targeted JIRA datacenter.

• Jira and Confluence user accounts and associated data (groups, permissions, etc.)
• Jira project components and associated data (status, default assignee, etc.)
• Jira project versions and associated data (status, description, etc.)
• Jira and Confluence links and associated data (Jira, Confluence, Zephyr Scale, Bitbucket, etc.)
• Jira Zephyr Scale data – test cases, test plans, test runs and associated data (links, attachments, etc.)
• Jira user filters
• Jira Requirements for Jira records, file hierarchy/structure, and associated data
• Jira attachments bulk import / update
• Confluence spaces, pages and the associated custom HTML configurations

Can you please guide me how we can perform this activity?
