I am trying to reset my site for production after messing about and training on it.  The problem is that when I go into billing -> manage (next to Jira Software) I get 'Subscription Details' instead of 'Manage subscriptions' like on another tenant I tested.  You can only cancel a subscription from the 'subscription details' and I need to 'delete' to reset the site.

I'm unsure what the difference is between the site I want to prepare for production and the site in the test tenant, as I am sure I had set them up the same.

Hello @Karl Lehnert

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Atlassian is rolling out a new billing management experience. What you are seeing is the difference between the two.

You can refer to this documentation for more information.

Thanks for the response Trudy, but what I am seeing doesn't match what is displayed on the link you have provided. The issue is that I need to reset my site, so the instructions for doing that say to delete the subscription, but I do not have that option.

The navigation panel in your first image

...appears to match the navigation panel shows in the Improved Billing Experience in the referenced document.

I don't have access to an organization that has the new billing experience so I can't get hands on it to explore it.

With the new experience Atlassian has also introduced a new role called the Billing Admin, and new permissions for the roles. You may need to review these additional pages to fully understand the new role and how to manage you subscriptions under the new experience.

What document are you referencing for the instructions to reset your site? Possibly that document has not been updated to reflect the new billing experience.
