Make field required in issue collector jira cloud

Need to know exactly how to make Name and Email as required fields in a project issue collector since my Jira instance is cloud based and i do not have like a Jira install path?

How to do it from my online jira access???

Unfortunately, It's not possible to set both Name and Email as required fields in the issue collector of a Jira Cloud project.

As you mentioned, there is a workaround available for Jira Server by modifying the files on the system backend, however, this cannot be applied to the Cloud platform as it conflicts with the Restricted functions in JIRA Cloud applications.

That being said, we saw you already commented on the related feature request about this lack. I kindly ask you to also vote in the suggestion to increase its priority and make it clearer to our PMs how impactful this lack of functionality is. P.S: I've also provided this community post in an internal comment to our PMs to ensure they can see all the votes and comments provided here as well.
