We are planning to purchase JIRA software (for our 50 USERs).
We just need to know that once we purchase JIRA software (50 USERs) for lifetime, is there any maintenance / hidden charges associated to it (we need to pay annually or not)

Annual maintenance on Server is half the cost of the initial licence.
If you do not renew the maintenance, then you lose access to Atlassian support and you will not be able to upgrade (to any version released after the end of your licence). But it will continue to work as before. (Note that applies to the Atlassian products, NOT any Apps you might add)
