Hello, I'm trying to reproduce the solution I applied in previous Jira Software instance. It was working very well, but now in new instance it's not working at all. This is how it looked like:
It was creating issues in Software project when someone sent email to Default Cloud Mail Server address and there was specific e-mail address in CC. Person who was in CC was also an admin of the project.
I replicated the same approach in new Jira instance. Person who is in CC is also an admin of the new project, configuration is basically 1:1 like on the screen above, however the issues are not being created at all. Is it something related to permissions schemes or something else? Does anyone have any clue?
@Michal Wallus Are both instances active?
