Lucid Chart app

A user requested the app Lucidchart and I granted access; however, the user is unable to use any of the add-ons (Lucidchart diagrams).  According to the user, Lucidchart is added but cannot use the app.

 

What steps do I need to take to configure Lucidchart so the user can use it?

@Malinda Sands - hi Malinda!

A Jira site admin needs to configure the Lucidchart app to "talk" to your Lucidchart team account. That person needs to be a Lucidchart admin.

Note that I’m the JIRA site admin and our customer was granted with a Lucidchart app.

Are you writing that the me or the customer needs to be a Lucidchart admin?

How does the customer create a Lucidchart team account?

@Malinda Sands - take a look at the article I linked.

You'll need to go to Manage Apps > Configure (next to the Lucidchart app) and have the Lucidchart app connect to your Lucidchart team account.

You have a Lucidchart team account, yes?
