I joined a company with active jira accounts and active "product discovery" projects.
Although I can access the teams Jira boards, and Product-discovery projects, I can't add/edit views in the product-discovery projects.
How can we fix this?
Hi @Gadi Ben Amram,
To be able to create views in a JPD project, you need to be in a role that has creator permission.
Check out the project permissions to find out if you are in such a role. You should be able to verify that in project settings > access. The roles with creator permissions are tagged as you can see here:
Hope this helps!
Thanks!
Sadly, seems it's not working for us.
I was defined as "administrator" for the project by the person which kick started this, sadly, still no edit views permissions
