Jira user no longer appears on board

Edited

I started a new sprint today, a team member has tickets assigned to him for the current sprint however within the team view that he belongs to, i cannot see any of his tickets. As a project manager, I have manager view of all boards and he appears in the sprint from there. No one else is experiencing this issue but him. I have no filters on to exclude him and i checked that he is still listed in admin under that team, bit stumped

somehow this filter was applied, which was not allowing any new tickets to show, strange, but by unticking and saving, it has restored normality

Hi @Gary McDermott ,

Welcome to Atlassian community!

Could you please confirm the below few questions..?

Is that user able to access to the board..?

Specific which issues are assigned to that user is not showing or few issues are not showing..?

Please find the below documents, If it helps you let me know.

Regards,

Sanjen Bariki

Hi Sanjen,

Yes user can access the board

they cannot see any of the tickets that I see as assigned to him in current sprint under managers view.  He can manually go to each ticket, its just that he cannot view it from the teams board.

I have checked mapped status too and that isnt the issue.

Hi @Gary McDermott ,

Welcome to Atlassian community!

Could you please let me know, did you get any output on the mentioned link..?

Have checked all the steps.?

Regards,
Sanjen

i will check now, but i can now update you that its now happening random tickets

I really cant see that any of these steps apply, i cant think why it has changed suddenly. The rep in question, i had moved his tickets from sprint 89 to future sprint 91, again nothing out of the norm to do so as he was on leave. The part that is confusing is why can i view these tickets under the reps name in (managers view) but if i view via the teams sprint board, its not visible.

Quick filters are not on
