Jira ticket doesn't show Tempo Planner planned time

Agnese June 29, 2020

Hi!

Till now we were able to see in Jira ticket a Tempo planner for all users, that we have planned the time to work on that certain ticket. But now it is disappeared.

In Tempo planner I have turned on for that team permission to "View team plans", but still when I go to the JIRA ticket I only see the button Plan Time.

THERE ARE NO PLANS FOR YOU TO SEE FOR THIS ISSUE.

You have not created any plans for this issue.

Button [Plan Time]

But when I go to Tempo Planner I see that this task is already planned for my teammate.

How can I return the possibility to see the planned time in JIRA ticket?

Hi @Agnese Bukava ,

Just a quick question, did you select 'All Data' in the data scope on the Jira issue?

It doesn't show that drop-down. It looks like this:

That is strange, you should be able to see:

I would suggest you contact Tempo support .

It took a lot of time, but with the help of Tempo support, we fixed it.

The problem was with JIRA permission scheme. I had to add some additional user groups to the permission group "View All Worklogs" and everything started to work.

I don't know why before this everything worked just fine, but now it was necessary to add these groups.
