In Jira, one release version (Aug 2022 ) is released and then automatically creates a new release version with next month's date and year like this (Sep 2022), is it possible?
Every release happens at the end of the month only, once " Aug 2022 "release is done then automatically create the next version " Sep 2022 "
Yes, this is possible with an Automation rule.
There is a trigger for Version Released, and there is an Action for Create Version.

Hi @prakash
Would you please clarify: are you asking if a new version can be created (which Trudy answered) or if you can name the version to the next month, after the released version's date/name?
Kind regards,
Bill
