Hi everyone!
I have developed a Jira automation (New Issue) and tested that in a lower environment. I need to push this to a QA and then production environment.
What are the options to package and deploy the changes? Also any best practices?
Thank you!
Hi @Babak Hosseinzadeh ,
the easiest way to move your automation to a new environment is to export it to a JSON file and reimport it in the target instance.
You will need to have Jira admin permissions to do this, as you need access to the Automation global administration page.
You can have a look at the documentation here : https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/import-and-export-jira-automation-rules/
Let me know if this helps,
