In Jira Work Management we have now the option of creating a Form that can be used to create a new issue.
What permission do I need to be able to view and complete this form?
I can't find this information anywhere. In my experiment, you need the Browse Project permission, and then Form shows up for the user.
Is it possible to make the Form available to the user, but to not grant access to the Browse Project? So that he can't look at the Board? So that he could just fill out the Form and send in the Issue?
You would have to implement Issue Level Security if you didn't want the user to be able to see issues that have been created. But they would still need the Browse project permission to see the form.
The other thing you can do is just share the board filter with certain users - then other users couldn't even see the board. But if they created a filter, they would still see the issues if there is no issue level security.
