Our team has numerous use cases for Jira ticket templates. Is this a feature you will ever release? We've been waiting and hoping for years to see you come out with such a feature.
Our workaround is either to have team members:
1. Memorize each part of a ticket they need to fill out
2. Copy and paste a template from Google Docs, or
3. Copy and paste a template from a wiki
This causes a good bit of mess, which we'd love to clean up with the use of ticket templates.
