We are receiving Maintenance expired structure plugin license error.   We have renewed our license and not sure why this is coming up.  How do we renew this?  Do we need a new license key?

When you renew an app you will need to update the key in Jira.  If you go to here https://my.atlassian.com/product you should be able to get the new license here and update Jira.

Hello Michael,

As far as I can see from the screenshots, currently both Jira itself and Structure app have licenses with expired maintenance installed.

If your company has already purchased renewals for both products, the renewed licenses should be located in my.atlassian.com account of the person who is currently registered as a technical contact for both licenses. The technical contact should be able to locate the licenses in their account and apply them in Jira.

Hope this information helps!

Kind regards,

Daria

Hi, @Michael Baguio.  On this end (I work for ALM Works, the company that makes Structure) it looks like the problem may be related to different email domains being associated with the original purchase versus the recent renewal.

If you can't sort it out yourself via the link @Brant Schroeder shared above, we'll be happy to help via alm.works/support.
