Hi all,
our JIRA Software subscription was suspended yesterday. I got info that 'We don't have complete billing information for your Jira Software (Cloud) subscription. As a result, your subscription has been canceled.'
In addition, I received information that 'Once you’ve updated the billing details, reactivate your subscription by going to Subscriptions > Inactive tab > Reactivate'
I have updated the payment method for successful billing but there's no option to reactivate the account, because after clicking Reactivate, it redirects me to contact support, and here I don't get a response.
Could you please help me in this issue?
I see that you created a ticket over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-2309454 for this problem. It appears that this ticket has recently been updated and the site has been restored.
