Jira Slack integration conditions
Hi All,
I need to define the following conditions in order to send a slack notification to a specific channel:
- A ticket was created
- For existing tickets, the status was transferred from "In Progress" to "Do Do"
How can I do that? when I defined the following, it continue to send notifications for every update:
I also tried to add a JQL that catches the status change, but in this case, the Created issue is missing.
Please advise
