Jira Service Management: Notify users of ticket status when sprint start

Hi, we use Jira Service Management and working with sprints.

We place the tickets we get into our backlog and place them in future sprints after that.

Is there a way to notify reporters automatically when we place tickets into a sprint on sprint start?

@Patrick Vijgeboom

Can you clarify if you are using Jira Software for working with Sprints?  and you are using JSM for customer tickets?

@Ajay _view26_ We use JSM for customer tickets and also we work in sprints in JSM.
