Hi All,
I need to establish a Jira Service Desk instance with 100 agents(and 10,000+ customers) and create an interface with a third party application which will cover scenarios like creation, updation and closure in both systems. This will i guess require addons like Script Runner, Connect ALL etc.
Keeping that in mind, do I go for a JSD server license or a JSD Data Center License for accomplishing this?
