Jira - Projektauswahl

Moin,

Hi @Oliver Blaskowitz , thanks for your question.

If you are a Jira admin, you can access the Permission Helper in the system settings to check for any blockers to the user being able to create in the different projects.

So, here^ you would put the user and the create permission to see what the results are.

Please can you try this and see if it helps you?

Cheers

Hi @Valerie Knapp ,

sadly no.

the User can see for example over "Projects/View all projects"

  • Project1
  • Project3
  • Project4

But when he pushs the Button "Create" he see over the Select-Box "Project"

  • Project0
  • Project1
  • Project2
  • Project3
  • Project4
  • Project5

Best Regards

Hi @Oliver Blaskowitz , thanks for your reply. It can be the case that a user can have the create permission but not the browse projects permission. I know it doesn't make sense logically but it can happen if someone is a member of a group that gives them permission that maybe they otherwise don't need. Have you checked this?
