Jira Project Due Date

Thomas Applebay September 2, 2022

Is there a way to always have Due Date be a field with Projects versus having to go into Project Settings > Issue Types > moving Due Date over manually from here. Hopefully that made sense.

Hello @Thomas Applebay

Welcome to the community.

Are you talking about Company Managed projects or Team Managed projects?

Are you talking about Software, Work Management, or Service projects?

I think you're talking about Team Managed projects, but I'm not sure which of the second category you're referencing.

Ah, sadly then the answer is no.

The template for Team Managed projects are not editable, and Due Date being included in the issues is simply not part of the template.

If you were working with Company Managed projects and were willing to use the Share Configuration option then there would be options available for this.
