Hi all, I would like to export all my working items (stories, sub-tasks, features etc) from one jira account to another. I have heard that doing a bulk import and export results in loss of data and jira issues connection. I want to keep everything synced and not looking to lose anything. What options do I have free and paid?
Hi Muhammad,
Take a look at the Revyz Backup and Restore app on the Atlassian Marketplace.

Do we have any other way of doing this? Is there an option in my current JIRA to transfer all the data to another Jira project?

if I'm reading this correct, it seems it cannot be done - We have been using our consultants Jira instance for our project and now we got our own instance and I want to migrate all the backlog and sprint data into our own instance. I guess it is not possible?
