Hi,
We currently have Jira installation with LDAP connection working fine. Now we are facing the need to change the LDAP connection to use SSL.
We did the change in our test environment and everything went well but our in our production environment the connection keeps failing.
com.atlassian.crowd.exception.runtime.OperationFailedException: <server>:636;
nested exception is javax.naming.CommunicationException: <server>:636
[Root exception is java.net.SocketException: Connection reset
Anyone with any tips to this?
Hi Kaarle,
You'll have to import the cert into the JVM running JIRA.
